Who We Are
A practice wherearchitecture andsustainability are one.
Kumbhkalp eco infra pvt ltd is a sustainable architecture firm with more than two decades of architectural practice across India. We design homes, farmhouses, weekend homes, resorts and sustainable developments — bringing architecture, energy-shift design, interiors, landscape and property valuation together under one roof.
Our differentiator is material intelligence: a genuine understanding of how what we build with shapes how well a building lives, breathes and endures.
Vision
“To improve the quality of life whilst living within the carrying capacity of the ecosystem.”
Mission
- 01
Increase the weightage of the natural environment upon the man-made environment.
- 02
Contribute to sustainable development through architectural practice.
- 03
Explore unseen facets of built-environment design strategies for ecological balance.
Philosophy
Beautiful. Functional. Sustainable.
These aren’t three separate goals — they’re one standard. A space that isn’t beautiful won’t be loved; one that isn’t functional won’t be lived in well; one that isn’t sustainable won’t endure. We hold all three at once.
Our Approach
01
Listen
We begin with your life, your site and your intent — not a house style.
02
Read the land
Climate, terrain and ecology shape the design from the first sketch.
03
Choose wisely
Materials and methods are selected for performance and place.
04
Build to last
We design for how a space performs over decades, responsibly.
Our Team
The people behind the practice.
A close-knit practice led by experienced professionals who stay personally involved from first site visit to final detail.
